QUICK ANSWER
MyEmpire Casino review: what matters first
MyEmpire is an online casino and sportsbook whose current public site combines slots, live tables, jackpots, sports betting and virtual sports. On 6 September 2026 we opened the working lobby, registration window, deposit and withdrawal tabs, General Terms version 1.12 and responsible-gambling page. We did not fund an account, submit identity documents, place a wager or complete a withdrawal.
Our Swiss/CHF session displayed 9,336 slots, cards, local routes and 15 crypto options. The Terms publish KYC, processing and withdrawal limits.
The gap is legal identity. We could not find a company name, registration number, address, regulator or licence number in the Terms. Casino Guru attributes the brand to Stellar Ltd, but that does not replace first-party disclosure. We found a functioning product; we did not independently verify its licence.
| Website checked | MyEmpire branding on a numbered live domain reached from myempire.com |
|---|---|
| Operator | Not named in the public Terms; Casino Guru separately lists Stellar Ltd |
| Licence | No regulator or licence number found in the Terms or footer we reviewed |
| Products | Slots, live casino, jackpots, sportsbook, live betting and virtual sports |
| Offer observed | 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins; separate sport and crypto choices at registration |
| Withdrawal rule | Up to 3 business days internally after checks; provider time can follow |
| Our money test | No deposit, wager, KYC submission or payout completed |
Practical strengths
- 9,336 slots shown in the checked lobby, plus live and sports products
- Cards, bank/e-wallet routes and 15 named cryptocurrencies in the CHF cashier
- Clear bonus arithmetic and published status-based withdrawal limits
- Registration includes an explicit no-bonus option
Practical limits
- Operator and licence were not identified in the official Terms we reviewed
- Bronze withdrawal ceiling starts at €500 per day and €7,000 per month
- KYC and source-of-funds checks can happen before payout
- We did not run a real-money payout test
LEGAL IDENTITY
Is MyEmpire Casino legit? Who owns it and is it licensed?
A working casino is evidence that a product exists; it is not a licence certificate. The current Terms define “Company” as the company operating the website, but do not then name that company. The footer showed the brand copyright and legal links without a company number, registered office, regulator badge or licence identifier.
Casino Guru identifies the operator as Stellar Ltd and gives MyEmpire a 9.0/10 Safety Index. We record that as third-party attribution. A proper licence chain should match legal entity, company number, address, regulator, licence, products and domain; MyEmpire's documents did not provide it.
| Evidence level | What we found | Our treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Official Terms/footer | “Company” is used; entity and licence particulars are absent | First-party disclosure incomplete |
| Casino Guru | Attributes the casino to Stellar Ltd | Third-party attribution only |
| Regulator record | No direct record matching company, number and domain was linked publicly | Licence not independently verified |
Do not read “not verified” as a hidden accusation. It means the necessary identifiers were missing from the documents available to us. Ask support for the legal entity and regulator record, then compare the registered domain before paying.

WELCOME OFFER
MyEmpire bonus: 100% up to €500 and 200 free spins
The detailed welcome page advertised a 100% match up to €500 with 200 free spins and a €20 minimum deposit. It must be selected before payment. It is not a €500 cash gift.
The main cost is 35× the deposit and bonus together. A €20 deposit plus €20 match creates a €40 base and €1,400 turnover. At €100 plus €100, it becomes €7,000. Taking the maximum €500 match creates €35,000 in required wagering. The published deadline is ten days and the maximum bonus-period bet is €100, though individual games may contribute less than 100%.
| Your deposit | 100% match | Wagering base | Required turnover |
|---|---|---|---|
| €20 | €20 | €40 | €1,400 |
| €100 | €100 | €200 | €7,000 |
| €500 | €500 | €1,000 | €35,000 |
The 200 spins arrive as 20 per day for ten days; winnings carry 40× wagering and conversion from packages above 50 spins is capped at €100. Skrill and Neteller are excluded. Because the homepage rotated other offers, trust the promotion attached to your account, not an old banner.
Diamonds are loyalty points, not cash: the Terms describe one per €10 wagered and 5% of deposits as points. Shop rewards may add wagering and conversion caps.
ACCOUNT SETUP
MyEmpire registration, promo code and no-bonus route
The registration modal offered four clear tracks: Casino, Sport, Crypto Welcome Bonus Casino and Crypto Welcome Bonus Sport. In our session these read 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, 100% up to €100 for sport, 200% up to 3,000 USDT for crypto casino and 100% up to 200 USDT for crypto sport. It also included “I have a promocode” and “I do not want a welcome bonus”.
We did not submit the form, and no MyEmpire promo code was supplied for this review. A visible code field does not make codes from coupon sites valid. Before a deposit, the account must show the accepted code, exact reward, eligible method, wagering, expiry, maximum bet and conversion limit. If it does not, pause and ask support before paying.
Use your legal name and actual residence. A nickname, borrowed card or different e-wallet name creates an avoidable KYC problem. Never give support your CVV, password or wallet seed phrase.

CASHIER CHECK
MyEmpire payment methods and cryptocurrency
Payment menus are local. Our live session was set to Switzerland with CHF, so the figures below are a dated CHF snapshot, not a promise for every reader. The deposit tab showed PlayID, Visa/card, PSCD, Skrill and MiFinity beside a broad crypto list. The withdrawal tab added bank transfer and Revolut. A method's presence on one tab does not prove it works on the other.
| Route | Displayed deposit range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PlayID | CHF 15–2,000 | Local/account availability applies |
| Pay by Card | CHF 15–2,000 | Card ownership may be verified |
| PSCD | CHF 10–900 | Check whether withdrawal uses another route |
| Skrill | CHF 10–4,500 | Excluded from the checked casino welcome offer |
| MiFinity | CHF 10–2,500 | Lower maximum than most shown e-money/crypto routes |
| USDT / most listed coins | CHF 10–4,500 | Network and asset must match exactly |
| Bitcoin | CHF 33–5,400 | Different displayed range |
Crypto choices included USDT on ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and Solana, plus BCH, BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX, USDC, BNB, DOGE, SOL and ADA. Choose the network as carefully as the coin; a wrong-chain transfer can be irreversible.

PAYOUT RULES
MyEmpire withdrawals: limits and processing time
The public Terms say internal withdrawal processing can take up to three business days after the request and required checks. The finance department works Monday to Friday; the payment provider can add time after approval. We did not measure either stage with money.
In our CHF withdrawal tab, PlayID showed CHF 22–1,600, card CHF 15–3,000, bank transfer/Revolut/Skrill CHF 10–4,500 and MiFinity CHF 10–2,500. Most crypto routes showed CHF 20–4,500, while Bitcoin showed CHF 60–5,400. These are interface values from one account context, not universal MyEmpire minimums.
| Status | Per 24 hours | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | €500 | €7,000 |
| Level 2 | €500 | €10,000 |
| Level 3 | €800 | €12,000 |
| Level 4 | €1,000 | €15,000 |
| Level 5 | €1,500 | €20,000 |
Cash deposits normally require 1× wagering. If the player requests payment before completing it, the Terms allow cancellation of winnings and retention of 10% of the last deposit, at least €0.50; the stated retention rises to 15% for card or bank-transfer deposits. A separate clause sets a €20 monthly wagering threshold in the month of withdrawal. Ask how both provisions apply to your actual balance.
Do not cancel a pending withdrawal to keep playing. If the internal window passes after KYC, ask for the missing action, case number and payment reference.

IDENTITY CHECKS
MyEmpire KYC and account verification
MyEmpire may ask for KYC before or after a deposit and before a withdrawal. The listed evidence includes certified identity documents, proof of residence, proof that the card or payment account belongs to the player, card/bank statements, transaction history and source-of-funds material. The process may use a third party and can include telephone or face verification.
The player has 30 days to supply requested files. The Terms say a complete response is usually reviewed within ten days, with longer handling possible for complex checks. That is not the same as the three-business-day withdrawal target: KYC can happen first, then internal payment processing, then the provider leg.
- Make the profile name, date of birth, address and payment ownership match before depositing.
- Photograph the whole document in focus, with every edge and requested field visible.
- Ask for one complete list of missing evidence instead of sending unrelated files.
- Redact only what the instructions permit; never reveal a CVV or crypto private key.
- Keep the upload confirmation, support transcript and withdrawal reference together.
PRODUCT RANGE
MyEmpire games, live casino and sportsbook
MyEmpire's lobby is broader than a typical thin affiliate landing page. Our session displayed 9,336 slots, 1,153 new games, 944 popular games and 643 exclusives. The live area showed 101 top live tables, 138 roulette entries and 290 blackjack entries; the hot-jackpot filter showed 314. Counts are live catalogue labels and can overlap, change or shrink by country.
Visible providers included Evolution, Pragmatic Live, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Wazdan, Thunderkick, BF Games, Betsoft, BGaming and others. We loaded covers but did not test every title. Availability remains country-specific.
Sportsbook rules differ from casino rules. Check minimum odds, void markets and cash-out separately; casino and sports wagering do not automatically mix.
PLAYER REPUTATION
MyEmpire complaints and player reputation
Reputation sources disagree sharply. On 6 September 2026 Trustpilot displayed 2.9/5 from 206 reviews, with 51% at one star and 42% at five stars. It said the business had replied to 90% of negative reviews, typically within two weeks. Posts mention both successful payments and disputes about withdrawals, support, closure and self-exclusion. These are user accounts, not proven findings.
Casino Guru showed a 9.0/10 “Very high” Safety Index but labelled user feedback “Bad” from 46 reviews. Its score reflects its own Terms, complaints, size and blacklist methodology, not a regulator's approval. AskGamblers reported 47 of 48 complaints resolved, an average disputed amount of $2,068, average duration of eight days and average response time of two days. Its live list also contained a newly open high-value case, so totals can move quickly.
Read case outcomes, not just averages. Withdrawal complaints matter beside the published three-business-day target; resolved cases show escalation can work, not that every payout will.
206 reviews; polarised distribution and operator response data. User claims are not established facts.
Open profile ↗Very High Safety Index; user feedback marked Bad from 46 reviews.
Open profile ↗Complaint-centre summary; current open and historic cases should be read individually.
Open complaints ↗Contact support@myempire.com first. Formal complaints go to complaints@myempire.com from the registered address with account details and dates; the stated outcome target is ten days, with extension possible.
MARKET ACCESS
MyEmpire restricted countries
The Terms excluded Afghanistan, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States and Côte d'Ivoire when we checked. Game providers can impose additional blocks.
This list is an operator restriction, not a legal opinion for every remaining country. A site loading, accepting a postcode or displaying your currency does not establish local authorisation. Check the national gambling regulator and the registration form immediately before opening an account.
Do not use a VPN or false residence. It can break account rules and make KYC impossible when money is already pending. If your country is blocked, choose a locally authorised alternative rather than trying another mirror.
18+ · SAFER PLAY
MyEmpire responsible gambling tools
The public responsible-gambling page explains cooling-off and self-exclusion through support@myempire.com. The Terms say the account will be closed as soon as practicable and that other known accounts can be included. We did not find a public description of configurable deposit, loss or session limits, nor a clearly documented reality-check control. We therefore do not claim those tools are available.
Write from the registered e-mail, state the exclusion period, ask how the balance returns and request confirmation. Name duplicate accounts and use your country's blocking or self-exclusion service as a second layer.
EVIDENCE LOG
How we tested MyEmpire Casino
We began at myempire.com and followed its live route to a numbered MyEmpire domain. In a clean desktop browser we allowed the lobby to finish loading, counted the catalogue labels, opened registration without submitting it, and recorded both cashier tabs in the visible Swiss/CHF context. We read the live General Terms and responsible-gambling page, then compared the operator's claims with Trustpilot, AskGamblers and Casino Guru.
Loaded the lobby and game covers; inspected registration choices; recorded deposit and withdrawal methods and limits; read Terms v1.12; reviewed public complaints; saved five dated WebP captures.
Create a funded account, activate a promo code, upload KYC files, place real bets, test support privately or request a withdrawal.
Domain, country access, game count, bonus, payment methods, exchange rates, limits, reputation totals and legal details.
Marketing claims are not test results. Three business days is a Terms statement, CHF methods are one GEO snapshot, and third-party ownership data remains unverified until the legal chain matches.
FINAL POSITION
MyEmpire verdict: strong product, incomplete legal disclosure
Good cashier detail does not repair a missing legal identity
MyEmpire earns credit for a loaded lobby, broad payment menu, readable bonus arithmetic, a no-bonus route and specific KYC and withdrawal clauses. The starting payout limits are not especially generous, and real processing speed remains untested.
The decisive reservation is the official legal trail. Until MyEmpire publishes a contracting company, registration number, registered address, regulator, licence number and matching domain record, we cannot call the licence independently verified. A third-party safety score is useful context, not that missing certificate.
MyEmpire FAQ
Is MyEmpire a crypto-only casino?
No. Our CHF cashier showed cards, local/e-wallet routes and cryptocurrency. Crypto is accepted alongside fiat methods.
How long does a MyEmpire withdrawal take?
The Terms state up to three business days for internal processing after checks, followed by provider time. We did not complete a payout and cannot confirm a universal average.
Does MyEmpire have a promo code?
Registration had a promo-code field, but no verified code was supplied for this review. Do not deposit until the account confirms the exact reward and conditions.
Can MyEmpire ask for KYC before paying?
Yes. The Terms allow identity, address, payment ownership and source-of-funds checks before a withdrawal.
